WEBSITE INQUIRIES
How We Handle Your Inquiry
When you submit a website form, Charles Brian International uses the information you provide to understand your company, assess your request and respond about a possible next step.
What The Forms Collect
Depending on the form, this includes your name, business email, company, website, optional phone number, company size, timeline, service priority and the context you choose to share. Forms may also capture the referring page, campaign parameters and submission metadata used for spam protection and inquiry management.
Where Your Inquiry Goes
Inquiries are stored through our EmDash form system on Cloudflare and delivered to the internal team by email. Service-review and general-contact forms also connect to our existing inquiry spreadsheet workflow. These operational destinations are not displayed publicly.
Scope Before Commitment
Submitting a form requests a conversation or initial fit review. It does not authorize paid work. Any proposed engagement should define scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees before execution.
What Not To Submit
Please do not submit passwords, account access, confidential client records, regulated information or sensitive personal information. A high-level business description is enough for an initial inquiry.
Website Measurement
The site uses Google Analytics and ChatGPT Ads measurement to understand page engagement and successful lead submissions. Our conversion events use form and service categories, not the name, email, phone number or free-text challenge you submit.
Questions About Your Inquiry
